Don Quijote Restaurant & Tequila Bar is inspired by the rich and vibrant cultures of Latin America. We strive to serve fresh and authentic Spanish, Mexican and Latin cuisine and libations. Latin America is highly diverse and holds various cuisines that represent each country. Our menu takes you on a journey throughout Latin America, which creates an experience like no other.

Owner Blayker Lopez first opened Don Quijote Restaurant in 2002. Blayker came to the United States from Colombia as a young teenager and began working in the restaurant industry to help support his family. He started from the bottom of the industry and worked his way up. With hard work and support from his friends and family, Blayker opened two locations (Miller Place & Patchogue).

Our restaurants mission is simple, give outstanding customer service, authentic food and tasty libations, in order to create an experience that allows our guest to escape everyday realities and enjoy themselves and their company.
